WHAT'S INSIDE

Vegetables (cabbage, onion, carrot) (34%), water, refined wheat flour, textured vegetable protein (wheat and pea) (10%), refined sunflower oil, ginger, garlic, tandoori spice mix, coriander, potato starch, mustard oil, salt, mixed spices, green chilli, red chilli. Contains gluten.
HOW TO COOK

Steam over boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Or pan fry flat side down until crisp, then add water, cover and steam 5 to 6 minutes. Cook from frozen.
STORAGE

Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
