This Privacy Policy explains how Oxymoron Foods Private Limited, trading as High Time Foods ("High Time Foods", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit hightimefoods.com, place an order with us, or otherwise interact with us.

We are the data fiduciary responsible for your personal data. By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the contact and delivery details you give us (name, delivery address, pin code, phone number and email address), your order information and order history, any account details if you create an account, and the content of your communications with us, including photographs you share when reporting an issue with an order. We also collect device and usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring URLs.

We do not collect or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed directly by our payment service providers under their own privacy policies and security standards. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited transaction details.

We use your personal data to fulfil your order and arrange delivery, to provide customer support and process refunds or replacements, to operate and improve our website, to send marketing communications where you have subscribed, to measure our advertising, to meet legal and regulatory obligations including tax and food safety record-keeping, and to prevent fraud and misuse.

4. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary: with Shopify, our e-commerce platform provider; with payment service providers; with delivery partners, who receive your name, address and phone number; with accounting and business software providers, to raise invoices and maintain statutory records; with analytics and advertising providers, including Meta and Google, where you have consented to such cookies; and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Some providers may process data outside India, and where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Order and invoice records are retained for the period required under applicable tax and company law. Account information is retained while your account remains active. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is retained for a reasonable period after the matter is resolved. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
