1. ABOUT HIGH TIME FOODS
High Time Foods is a frozen food brand offering packaged frozen food products for sale through this website. The website, its content and the products offered through it are operated by Oxymoron Foods Private Limited.

For the most current information relating to a product, including its ingredients, nutritional information, allergen declarations, storage instructions, cooking instructions, net quantity, best-before or expiry information and other mandatory declarations, please refer to the back of pack of the individual product.
Product availability is subject to stock and may change without prior notice.
5. FOOD, INGREDIENT AND ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Please carefully read the ingredient list and allergen declaration on the back of pack before consuming any High Time Foods product, particularly if you have a food allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement.
6. FROZEN STORAGE AND HANDLING
High Time Foods products are frozen food products and must be handled and stored accordingly. Our products should be stored frozen at -18°C or below, transferred to a freezer immediately after delivery, and consumed within the period specified on the pack.
Customers should always follow the storage, handling, thawing, cooking and consumption instructions stated on the back of pack. If a product arrives with its packaging or seal compromised, please do not consume the product and contact us in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices, delivery charges, discounts and promotions may change from time to time. The total amount applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment service providers available on our website. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available at all times. We are prepaid only and do not offer cash on delivery.
8. DELIVERY
We currently deliver only to locations that are serviceable through our website and delivery network. You can check whether we deliver to your pin code at checkout.
Available delivery locations and estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's address, product availability and our delivery partners.
Because High Time Foods products are frozen and temperature-sensitive, customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
Where delivery cannot be completed because the address or contact information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, or because the order cannot reasonably be received at the delivery location, any refund or redelivery will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
9. RECEIVING YOUR FROZEN ORDER
Please check your order promptly upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect, missing, damaged or compromised product, please refer to our Refund Policy for details of how to report it and the timeframe within which you must do so.
10. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
As we sell frozen and perishable food products, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted, and orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is complete, as we begin preparing your order for dispatch immediately.

11. COOKING AND CONSUMPTION
Different High Time Foods products may require different preparation or cooking methods. Please follow the cooking and preparation instructions stated on the individual product pack before consumption.
High Time Foods is not responsible for issues resulting from storage, handling, preparation or consumption contrary to the instructions provided on the product packaging, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We try to keep the information on our website accurate. However, occasional typographical errors, technical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur in relation to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, stock availability or delivery information.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve it within one (1) month from the date of receipt.
